Executive Mansion, Washington, March 14th, 1901. 8-1/4 x 13-1/4 in. with 3/8 in. black mourning border. In the last paragraph, "in" has been crossed out and "at" written above. ("Done at the City of Washington...")
RARE, no other copies located. Calvin Coolidge issued a very similar proclamation on the death of Woodrow Wilson, and it, too, is rare.
