HAYES, Rutherford B. (1822-1893). Partly-printed document signed ("R.B. Hayes"), as President of the United States. Washington DC, 9 January 1880. 1 page, 4to, old creases.
The document is partially lithographed with boilerplate language authorizing the Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States. Dated and completed in manuscript for "a warrant for the pardon of Jacob Lucas."
