Original blue cloth lettered in yellow, top edge stained yellow, blue decorative endpapers (a light touch of wear at spine ends); dust jacket (spine lightly faded, tiny marred spot on spine slightly touching first letter in title, small scorch mark to front lower fore-corner). Provenance: John Jay Carney (bookplate).
