Civil War Era Sword Belt with Museum Grade Replica Belt Plate in Display Box with Book
Belt is currently adjusted for a nominally 34"-35" waist with an overall length of about 38". Leather is 1.5" wide. Somewhat crudely sewn with saber hanger attachments and a brass adjustment hook. Crudely cast Mullianx (First Edition) #051 pattern two-piece CS plate. Belt is in a display case with a book about Port Hudson and some reference information about the plate. This pattern of plate was removed from subsequent editions of the Mullinax book.
