Group of Two M1917 Helmets Including 82nd Infantry Division and 3rd Infantry Division
World War I
Lot of two US Model 1917 pattern steel helmets with textured brown painted finishes and mounting leather suspension with textile pad secured by three rivets. One helmet features the iconic AA over a red patch for the 82nd Infantry Division, then known as the "All American" division. The other helmet features the three white stripes over a blue background of the 3rd Infantry Division.
