Single shot octagonal barrel percussion rifle mounting buckhorn rear and German Silver front blade sights. The rifle is unsigned on the barrel and lockplate, and features double set triggers. Unsigned lockplate displays light border engraving. Right butt has a carved compartment but does not appear to have been completed as a patchbox.
