Short recoil operated DA/SA autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Left slide shows the P.38 model mark followed by ac/43 code, indicating it was made by Walther in 1943. The frame, barrel, and locking block display the {Eagle/359} waffenamt, with the latter part additionally struck with the {WWII German Eagle} stamp. Comes with a blued WALTHER banner marked magazine. Waffenamt markings on the right slide have been filled in with the nickel refinish. {C&R}
