PUSHKIN, Alexander. La dame de Pique. Paris, 1928. Color-printed wood engravings by A. Alexeieff. Contemporary black calf, covers with central panel of white shagreen, green calf onlays, repeated circular pattern in gilt and silver, spine and green calf doublures similarly decorated, watered silk endleaves, marbled endpapers, signed by Lotard 1929. LIMITED EDITION, number 18 of 20 copies on Japon imperial with the wood-engravings in two states, of total edition of 219. -- DORGELS, Roland. La Boule de Gui. Paris, [1922]. Drypoint etchings, lithographed head- and tail-pieces by Andr Dunoyer de Segonzac; unsigned original drawing inserted. Contemporary brown crushed levant, upper cover with abstract rectilinear pattern in gilt, silver and black, spine and black crushed levant doublures similarly decorated, brown watered silk endpapers, marbled flyleaves, signed by Lotard 1927. Unnumbered copy "hors commerce" of an edition of 600. -- ARNE, Paul. Jean-Des-Figures. Paris, 1927. Color-printed wood engravings by Simon; original drawing tipped in. Contemporary brown crushed levant, covers with a repeated semicircle pattern in gilt, silver, and black, russet and black morocco and tan calf onlays, spine and russet doublures similarly decorated, brown watered silk endpapers, marbled flyleaves, signed by Lotard 1930. LIMITED EDITION, number 50 of 130 copies with an extra suite of plates and signed by the artist. -- Together 3 works, 4to, original slipcases, condition generally good with only minor scuffs or sunning.
