Etched frontispiece, plates, and title vignette by Chas Laborde, each colored and uncolored states. INSCRIBED BY CARCO. Brown crushed levant, covers with abstract rectilinear design of gilt, silver, tan morocco and black calf onlays, spine and tan crushed levant doublures similarly decorated, maroon watered silk endpapers, marbled flyleaves, signed by Lotard 1925. LIMITED EDITION, number 64 of 60 numbered copies on papier de Hollande, of a total edition of 276. -- MAC ORLAN, Pierre. Chronique des jours dsesprs. Paris, [1927.] Lithographed plates, each in two states, by H. Mirande; original pencil drawing tipped in. Brown crushed levant, covers with abstract rectilinear pattern in gilt, silver, and black calf onlays, spine and black calf doublures decorated similarly, red silk endpapers, marbled flyleaves, signed by Lotard 1928. LIMITED EDITION, number 9 of 17 numbered copies on Japon imperial, of a total edition of 217. -- Together 2 works, 4to, original slipcases, condition generally good with only minor scuffs or sunning.
