Benjamin Jefferson Hill (1825-1880) requests jackets, pants, shirts, drawers, shoes, socks, and hats for his men after their hasty retreat from Dalton, Georgia, during the Atlanta Campaign. 34 soldiers are identified along with clothing drawn. Signed by Hill's adjutant and approved by Colonel B.S. Ewell, Adj. General to General Joseph Johnston.
