Includes cap pouch maker marked CARCELON & COVELL/LEWISTON, ME in a circle around the date 1863 on the inner flap. No wool or pick are present. Also includes a Pattern of 1864 "8-rivet" bayonet scabbard with a US Model 1855 Socket Bayonet that is US marked on the face, with an 18" blade, nominally 3" socket and a .78" muzzle diameter.
