Double action N Frame revolver with 6-chambered fluted swing out cylinder, white U outline adjustable rear sight and ramped front sight with orange insert. Left side of barrel marked .45 CALIBER with gold highlights, right side marked SMITH & WESSON/125TH ANNIVERSARY, again with gold highlights. A gold highlighted S&W 125th anniversary logo is present on the right rear of the frame. Lower right front of frame with four-line address mark. The revolver includes a S&W factory presentation box with flocked dark blue fitted insert, and a commemorative S&W coin, but is missing the Roy Jinks book.
