[WESTERN AMERICANA]. JACKSON, William Henry (1843-1942), photographer. A group of 2 mammoth plate photographs, incl. Head of the Arkansas, Fremont Pass, and Mary's Bay at Yellowstone Lake. Denver, CO. 


Head of the Arkansas, Fremont Pass. 16 3/4 x 21 1/4 in. albumen photograph on 22 x 28 in. cardstock mount (some toning to print and mount; corner and edge wear to mount, including chipping and areas of loss, remnants of typed label in lower margin). Title and credit to W.H. Jackson & Co. written in the lower margin of negative. "Colorado" written in blue ink in lower margin. 

[With:] Yellowstone Lake, Mary's Bay. 16 3/4 x 21 3/8 in. albumen photograph on 21 1/2 x 26 in. cardstock mount (toning and spotting to print; toning and wear to mount, including chipping). Title and credit to W.H. Jackson & Co. written in the lower margin of negative.
