Condition:
The overall condition is fair with the following:
Structural Issues: The silk plaid pieces all have areas where it is shredding, along both jacket cuff edges, around the skirt waistband, the shell top's neckline and arm holes.
Split/Separated Seams: The two bottom front pockets on the shell top have started to become detached.
Fading/Color Change: The shell top pink dye has transferred to other cream colored areas and has darkened overall on all pieces where it is present. Each of the buttons has worn through the gold-tone plating.
Soiling/Spots: Each piece is moderately to heavily soiled from wear; the jacket is most noticeably soiled on the lining, around the neckline, and the interior cuffs; the top is heavily soiled all over with heavier soiling under each arm and across the back, neckline, and armholes; the skirt is heavily soiled along the waistband with some additional spots on each plaid facing on the front and back flaps.
Repairs/Alterations: The shell top has had stabilization repairs made to both front bust darts and on the back right under arm.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
