Condition:
THE FIRST
The overall condition is very good structurally though the interior lining at the upper chest and under the arms has some minimal soiling due to wear. The exterior lace appears to have darkened. There are some broken threads in the netting parts of the lace, mostly around the shoulders but it is not readily noticeable. The attached belt has some green markings where snaps were previously stitched to attach to the dress. The skirt lining appears to have been shortened with evidence visible in the hemline.
THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good with negligible soiling under the arms and a small 1.5" stressed seam at the center back lining.
THE THIRD
The overall condition is very good structurally with a spot on the front skirt. There is some discoloring under the arms of the lining due to wear and some to the neckline and upper chest but to a lesser degree. The right under arm side seam has some broken stitches in the lining and there are some worn areas in the lining just under the waist band. The belt has two worn corners at the center back opening. The hemline has been shortened and there is some lightly visible starch lines from pressing on the center back skirt seam.
THE FOURTH
The overall condition is very good structurally though the dress has yellowed slightly due to age with more substantial yellowing noticeable at the top of the bodice. There are some orange-hued spots on the center back skirt roughly 7" from the hemline. It has also been shortened at the hemline and is noticeable on the interior facing. The belt has some minimal discoloration but otherwise has no issues.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
