Condition:

THE FIRST
The overall condition is very good with no visible issues. The skirt size tag is detached but kept with the garment.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good structurally though the coat has some soiling under the arms and along the neckline within the lining, a faint mark on the right sleeve near hemline, and some light soiling along the hemline with a few light spots. The dress appears to either be a completely different color or has yellowed if meant to be the same as the coat. There is heavy soiling under each arm from wear and the interior interlining has come loose from the hemline tape on the front. There are a few stitches that have loosened or popped along various spots on the facings and there are chainstitched belt loops suggesting there was once a belt included.
