thread and sinew-sewn with buffalo hide hood quilled in red, purple, and yellow bands; further embellished with nine thunderbirds; rawhide slats, hide fringe, and brass hawk bells top cradle; lower portion designed with floral beadwork on navy wool using colors of white, light blue, amber, greasy yellow, red white-heart, pumpkin, and translucent green
