[CIVIL WAR]. A group of 2 artillery shells, incl. Confederate 10-pound Reed & Parrott shell.
L. 8 1/2 in. Circumference 9 in. 10-pound artillery shell (some pitting and oxidation). Excavated Confederate Reed & Parrott 10-pound artillery shell with wooden time fuze and thin wrought iron sabot. Lathe dimple in base.
[With:] L. 8 5/8 in. in. Circumference 9 1/4 in. 10 pound Parrott artillery shell with brass sabot (some pitting).
