A Chinese Grey Pottery Figure of a Court Lady
HAN DYNASTY (202 B.C.–220 A.D.)
depicted standing, cloaked in robes with long silk sleeves, one of which is tossed over the proper right shoulder, the ashen pottery with old traces of pigment, all above a low hardwood stand.
Height 17 in., 43.18 cm.
