Postcard featuring cosmonaut Pavel Belyayev (in Russian) accompanied by FDC in Russian, with cache illustrating a space vehicle circling the moon and returning to earth.
[With:] Block of 6 German stamps, “Deutsches reich.” -- 5 Internal Revenue stamps, each 25 cents, all of these used with dates of 29 May 1863, 8 Feb. 1865; 12 March 1866; Jan. 4, 1873; and Sept. 6, 1872. -- 17 “blocks” of four stamps each, unused, all 3 cents: Thomas A. Edison; Francis Parkman; Texas Statehood; Iowa Statehood Centennial (2); New Mexico Statehood; Apprenticeship; Joseph Pulitzer (2); Wildlife Conservation; U.S. Merchant Marine (2); These Immortal Chaplains; Iwo Jima (2); U.S. Navy; and 50th Anniversary of Motion Pictures.
