REPUBLIC PERIOD, SIGNED WANG QI (1884-1937)

民國  王琦作粉彩雙福高峰圖瓷板
of rectangular form, painted to depict the immortal Zhong Kui, with two flying bats, a wine pot and a plate with floral sprigs, dated summer of the wuchen year (corresponding to 1928), signed Wang Qi with two seals, Xichang Wang Qi, tao mi.     
Height 15 1/8 x 10 1/8 in., 38 x 26 cm.
