Left frame marked with MAUSER banner, and further showing WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A. NECKAR to the right. Top of the barrel marked WAFFENFABRIK/MAUSER/OBERNDORF A/N. Serial numbers are mixed. Weak {Crown/U} commercial proof to upper left barrel flat nearly obliterated by refinishing. Frame is extensively pitted, as is the front sight. Lanyard loop to butt excessively thin, partly due to pitting. Grips do not match, and have been reshaped to fit with rough tool marks internally. {C&R}
