the first, plain weave with plain interlacings of secondary binding warps and patterning wefts (Beiderwand), inscribed, "Phillip Michael/ Susquehanna Township/ 1844/ A. Beck"; the second, plain weave with plain interlacings of secondary binding warps and patterning wefts (Beiderwand), inscribed, "Peace and Plenty/ 1840/ D. Arnold Chamb g".
