Receiver maker mark reads U.S. RIFLE/CAL .30 M1/SPRINGFIELD/ARMORY. Item comes with a relief cut NM marked National Match operating rod, National Match style hooded rear aperture sight, and glass bedded stock. Stock displays circle P to wrist and {Defense Acceptance Stamp} to left flank. Barrel lacks National Match marking, suggesting it was rebuilt as a competition rifle after manufacture.
