LIMITED EDITION, number 105 of 500 copies, SIGNED BY STEPHEN KING AND BERNIE WRIGHTSON. The original Frankenstein tale was born of a competition between Mary Shelley, her husband Percy Bysshe Shelley, Lord Byron, and Dr. John Polidori to see who could write the best ghost story. It was completed in the spring of 1817 and published on January 1, 1818. The present edition features an introduction by Stephen King with accompanying illustrations by legendary comic book illustrator Bernie Wrightson. A FINE COPY RARELY SEEN IN THE GLASSINE.
