[FLAGS]. 38-star American parade flag with floral star pattern. Ca 1876-1889.
12 1/2 x 20 1/2 in. wool flag with 38 printed stars configured in the floral star pattern, including an 8-star cluster in each corner, central star, and star between each cluster.
A 38-star flag with an unusual star pattern commemorating the statehood of Colorado, which was admitted as the 38th state in August 1876 during the centennial celebration.
