Both paintings with opaque pigments and gold on paper; the first a painting of majestic Maharaja processional scene, borders and the reverse with inscriptions, North India ,in the manner of Jaipur/Kota, signed; the second depicting a ruler beneath a canopy attended by the women of his zenana, with additional figures in a garden below, Persian couplets in nastaʿlīq surround the scene and continue on a related text-only folio from the same manuscript, India, Provincial Mughal.
