Opaque pigments and gold on paper, depicting the story of King Bahram Gur and his slave girl, Dilaram, who possessed the ability to entrance or awaken animals with her music. 
Note:
The original painting comes from the Mughal emperor Akbar’s (r. 1556-1605) personal copy of Amir Khursras’s verses.
