With rare original marbled paper-covered slip case, sides with original printed labels ("A Pocket Mirror for North America, Which Exhibits at one View the European Settlements with the Claims of the English; and the French Incroachments"). Map dissected into 16 sections and laid down onto original linen; light offsetting and toning; rubbing and wear to slip case. 18 1/2 x 20 1/2 in. (470 x 521 mm).
