Publisher's limp printed buff pictorial wrappers, spine expertly repaired, light wear along edges; old catalogue slip mounted to lower inner front wrapper; in brown leather sleeve and chemise.
A near-fine and scarce first edition of this early Dickens work, being his views on "the freedom of the Sabbath for the poor man".
