Finely bound in full dark green crushed levant, front and rear boards with mutli-colored pictorial morocco onlay depicting 10 characters from the novel: The Mad Hatter at center front board; The White Rabbit at center of rear board; each surrounded with four mutli-colored pictorial morocco onlay, showing various other characters: front board depicting Father William's Son, the Dodo, the Mock Turtle and the Duchess; rear board depicting the Mouse, the Duck, the Eaglet, and the Cheshire Cat; spine browned; all edges gilt; yellow silk endleaves; by Kelliegram, London; old gift inscription at top of front blank.
