"Sacred to the Memory of John Kimball who departed this Life Feb. 25, 1795 Aged 28 years in Londonderry N. Hampshire', further inscribed 'My Flesh Shall Rest Beneath the Ground Till the Last Trumpet Joyful Sound', and 'Then Burst the Bands in Sweet Surprise & in My Savior Image Rise."
