[FLAGS]. 13-star American flag with medallion pattern. Ca late 19th-early 20th century.
53 x 84 in. machine-sewn, cotton flag with 13 double-appliquéd, machine-sewn cotton stars configured in a medallion pattern comprised of one large, central star surrounded by a wreath of eight stars, flanked by a star in each corner. Cotton sleeve hoist with jute rope.
