Four Excavated Civil War Artillery Shells: #30 Parrott Bolt, #20 Parrott Shell and Two Hotchkiss
American Civil War
1) Dug 30 Pound Chilled Nose Parrott Bolt. Nominally 10.25" tall and 4" in diameter.
2) Dug 20 Pound Parrott Shell. Nominally 10.25" tall and 3.6" in diameter.
3) Dug 3" Hotchkiss Shell. Nominally 6.5" tall and 3" in diameter. Disarmed and empty. Most of the lead sabot is intact.
4) Dug 3" Hotchkiss Shell. Nominally 5.5" tall and 2.9" in diameter. Disarmed and empty. Missing the base cup.
