Three excavated Civil War Era Sectioned Half Artillery Shells
American Civil War
1) Dug Sectioned 3.8" James Shell. Nominally 7.125" tall and 3.65" in diameter. Heavily rusted and disintegrating with heavy epoxy coating over much of the iron surfaces.
2) Dug Sectioned 20 Pound Parrott Shell. Nominally 10.25" tall and 3.68" in diameter.
3) Dug Sectioned 4.5" Dyer Shell. Nominally 7.75" tall and 4.3" in diameter.
