Three US Rifleman's "Peace Flasks" by Batty & Ames
Mexican American War
1) Peace Flask by Batty. Dated 1850 on the lid. C sub-inspection on the collar. Nominally 8"x4.25", not including the spout. Mounted with two round brass suspension rings.
2) Peace Flask by NP Ames. Dated 1846 on the lid. NWP inspection on the collar, WAT and H inspections on top of lid. Nominally 7.75"x4.5", not including the spout. Mounted with two triangular brass suspension rings.
3) Peace Flask by Batty. Dated 1850 on the lid. K sub-inspection on the collar and ADK inspeciotn on lid. Nominally 8"x4.25", not including the spout. Mounted with two triangular brass suspension rings.
