Single shot rolling block action pistol remanufactured as a .22RF sporting pistol with a newer barrel and likely refinished when altered. Standard Remington receiver markings and P/F.C.W. US Navy inspection on right of frame. Replaced barrel with dovetailed notch rear sight and blade and base front sight. No barrel markings. A nice alteration of a M1867 Navy Rolling Block pistol to .22 likely from the first quarter of the 20th century. {MODERN}
