Early 20th century polished calf gilt, spines in 6 compartments with 5 raised bands, green and red morocco lettering-pieces gilt in 3, others gilt tooled, top edges gilt (light rubbing to extremities). Provenance: I.Y.W. MacAllister (armorial bookplate); later gift inscription.
