A Carved Red Lacquer Flori-Form Covered Box 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY the cover finely carved to show three Daoist immortals, Fu, Lu, Shou with two attendants in a terrace with pagodas and mountains in distance, enclosed by a keyfret border, the sides decorated with ribbon-tied Buddhist emblems alternating shaped panels filled with fruiting branches, all set above a diaper ground, the interior and the underside lacquered black.
