A Gilt Decorated Bronze Double Vase cast as two component vases joined by a gilt highlighted chilong and a phoenix decorated with elaborate archaistic scrolls extending across the two vases, interspersed with animal masks bearing mock rings, the larger vase cast with an apocryphal Qianlong four-character mark within a square, raised on a fitted bronze stand supported on ruyi feet.
