A Chinese Embroidered Silk Dragon Robe the front and back embroidered with a central crouching dragon pursing the flaming pearl of wisdom above a pair of dragons in profile, interspersed with ruyi clouds and beribboned auspicious emblems, all picked out on a ruby red ground, above foaming waves and lishui strips, the similar decoration continues on the shoulders and sleeves, the collar and the border with dragon design reserved on a black ground.
