EARLY 20TH CENTURY
worked to depict the immortal Shoulao bearing a peach in both hands, the female immortal Magu standing next to him with her hands holding a flower-filled basket, a deer and a crane standing beside the two immortals, having inscriptions meaning "Presented to Quan Shun and his wife from five best friends to celebrate the couple's sixtieth birthday and their longevity," with a floral border, all against a red ground.
