A Chinese Embroidered Blue Silk Panel
LATE QING DYNASTY
depicting a central Buddhist parasol surmounted by a flaming pearl and dragon head supports issuing bands of auspicious symbols, all over a lotus flower, flanked to each side by two similarly worked parasols, the yellow silk brocade back worked to show ruyi.
32 1/2 X 38 1/2 inches.
