[EARLY PHOTOGRAPHY]. 36 sixth plate daguerreotypes of men of various ages.

Seated portrait of a portly man with longer combed hair and a rounded nose. (Tarnishing to edges, especially bottom corners, some clouding and wiping throughout; some remnants of original seals.) Housed in a leatherette case. -- Portrait of an older gentleman with somewhat unruly hair and an intense, direct gaze. (Tarnishing to edges, few spots and scratches, minor weeping.) Housed in a pressed paper case with note behind image reading "great grandfather Bledgett, great great grandfather of grace[?] Norton." -- Portrait of a round-faced man wearing a jacket and what appears to be a type of white work shirt. (Significant tarnishing to edges, spotting and specs to plate, oxidation spots to mat and preserver.) Housed in a pressed paper case (closure clasp missing). -- Portrait of a gentleman wearing an interesting patterned vest with gold-highlighted fob chain, resting his arm on a small stack of books laid atop the table next to him. (Some tarnishing to edges, few other imperfections, light weeping.) Housed in a fully separated pressed paper case (split at spine, surface wear) with a scrap of paper pencil inscribed "Dr. Neff." -- And 32 others. Conditions and housings vary. -- Together, 36 sixth plate daguerreotypes featuring men.
