Markings include QUALITY H.M.C./1930904 to rear of receiver and U.S. CARBINE/CAL .30 M1 to front of receiver. Barrel is marked ROCK-OLA. Stock is marked with a boxed S.A./SHM Springfield Armory inspector Stephen H. MacGregor cartouche, followed by crossed cannons ordnance mark on left side, as well as BR-B to sling cutaway and a W to bottom of grip. Includes an OD sling.
