Lot of 4 WWI & WWII-era Bayonets Including: (2) U.S. M1905, U.S. M1917 & a British Contract P1913 remarked to U.S. M1917
World War I-World War II
1.) U.S. Model 1905 Bayonet by Springfield Arsenal - SN: 33997, dated 1906. 15.625" fullered bright blade, blued hilt, two-piece smooth walnut grip scales. Includes U.S. M1910 leather scabbard missing the swivel hanger.
2.) U.S. Model 1905 Bayonet by Springfield Arsenal rebuilt for WWII - SN: 1405597, dated 1919. 15.875" fullered Parkerized blade, Parkerized hilt, replacement black plastic grips. Includes an incorrect second type U.S. M1917 OD Green painted leather scabbard with steel mounts.
3.) U.S. Model 1917 Bayonet by Remington, dated 1918 - 17" fullered Parkerized blade, blackened hilt, two-piece walnut grip scales. Includes a second type U.S. M1917 OD Green painted leather scabbard with steel mounts.
4.) British Pattern 1913 Bayonet by Remington remarked to U.S. M1917 - 17" fullered Parkerized blade, blued hilt, two-piece walnut grip scales. Includes a British Pattern 1907 black leather scabbard with steel mounts and round stud.
