Left receiver struck with the GEW. 88 model mark that is partly removed with the cutout for stripper clip charging. Cover plate installed over the magazine well with stock missing the lower sling loop. Item mounts updated rear sights with Arabic numerals. A new serial number is struck into the receiver reading 7974. Barrel, receiver, and bolt show matching serial numbers.
