**Nambu Type 26 Revolver
World War I, World War II
9x22mmR. 4.76" barrel length. SN: 37425. Blued metal finish mounting checkered wood grips with topstrap notch and pinned front blade sights. DAO six-shot top break auto-ejector revolver with a factory bobbed hammer and mounting a lanyard loop and ring to butt. Right frame is struck by the {Stacked Cannonball} marking of the Tokyo Koshikawa Arsenal above the Japanese kanji markings indicating this to be a Type 26. Serial numbers are mixed. Grips match, but the cylinder and barrel do not.
