Eagle Pommel 5-Ball Officer's Sword
Seminole Wars - Mexican-American War

27.5" curved, single-edged blade with a 20" stopped median fuller, 1.3" wide at ricasso. 33.125" in overall length with a 5.5" gilt brass hilt with "5-Ball" guard and knuckle bow. Eagle head pommel, reeded bone grip. Blade with weak etching of floral and martial motifs, showing traces of gilt highlights in the decorations. Accompanied by its brass mounted leather scabbard.
