Semi automatic rifle with adjustable tangent peep rear sight and red painted blade front blade with ear protectors. Item features a removable magazine, double sling swivels, and a bayonet lug forend. Markings include Eagle of Saladin crest as well as Farsi text to receiver, and importer marks to right of barrel. Includes an OD sling.

These Egyptian FN-49 rifles featuring the "Eagle of Saladin" on the receiver were assembled by Century Arms from FN manufactured receivers purchased by Egypt, but never used.
